At Cloud Employee, we believe that the future is built by those who understand and shape it. Future Forward: AI for Everyone is our company-wide upskilling initiative designed to empower every team member with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to thrive in an AI-powered world.

This program offers a curated, level-based learning path—from foundational AI awareness to advanced AI application and software development—ensuring that everyone, regardless of role or experience, can build future-ready capabilities.

Program Objectives

  • Equip team members with a solid understanding of artificial intelligence and its real-world applications.

  • Empower teams to confidently integrate AI tools into their daily workflows.

  • Develop technical competencies in using AI for software development, automation, and problem-solving.

  • Encourage a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.


Phase 1: Awareness & Literacy

For team members new to AI; includes courses on AI fundamentals, ethics, and real-world use cases.

In this phase, team members will be provided access to beginner to advanced learning courses and resources, everything needed to build relevant knowledge on AI.

Phase 2: Maximizing tools & applications

Focuses on using AI-powered tools for productivity, automation, content creation, and collaboration.

In this phase, team members will be provided with tools and applications that are essential in building applicable competence in AI.

 Phase 3: Integration & Innovation

For team members looking to build, integrate, and deploy AI in software projects, organizational programs and areas where improvement and innovation within different areas of the business maybe necessary.

In this phase, team members will be provided with activities and gaming challenges to address real life problems to solve using their newly developed skills on AI.

The program is open to all full-time Cloud Employee team members with a tenure or 6 months and above.

Participation in at least one learning track per year is highly encouraged.

Yes.

The standard Learning Benefit Request process applies to this fund. Team members must submit a ticket via our CE Helpdesk using the Learning Fund issue type.

To file a request use the following credentials:

This budget can be used for:

  • Enrolling in paid AI courses and certifications (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, DeepLearning.AI).
  • Subscribing to premium AI tools and applications (e.g., ChatGPT Pro, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot).
  • Purchasing relevant AI development software or productivity-enhancing applications.
  • Paying for mentoring services or joining group learning activities.

Our CE Grow team will reach out to you to provide you with access to the learning path for building AI Foundations. Once you have successfully verified your profile for the learning path, you begin taking the course activities therein. 

There are other scheduled activities, such as games, hackathons, and such, you will receive notifications for these via the official Future Forward Slack Channel.
